Patrick McCort is the Managing Member/Principal and founder of PowerLease Solar Solutions (PLSS). His responsibilities include oversight of the development and operation of PLSS’s renewable energy projects, risk management and financing. Patrick brings more than 35 years of years in project financing to the company with over 13 years in the energy/power markets. Past employment includes Equitable Life’s leasing subsidiary and with Siemens Financial Services. Mr. McCort is a graduate of St. Peter’s College and holds a MBA in Finance from Rutgers University – Graduate School of Business.
Steve Eber is the Technology Advisor of PowerLease and brings extensive energy industry experience while embracing technical applications for our clients. His added skillset provides seemless transition for customer looking for new product innovations, scale-up and program development. Steve is a certified P.E. Mechanical Engineer in the state of New York.

Harry Meshirer is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PowerLease and is responsible for all aspects of the firms accounting and finance activities including but not limited to strategic and profit planning, financial modeling, project profitability and fee sharing negotiations. Harry brings more than 32 years of banking and financial management experience to PLSS. Prior employers include PNC Bank, Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Mr. Meshirer graduated and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College and earned his MBA in Financial Management from Pace University in New York City.
Michael McKiever is the Chief Operating Officer and heads up the EPC Team at PLSS and is in charge of PV Solar construction. Mike has over 24 years experience as a journeyman electrician, received his NJ Electrical Contractors license in 1994 and has since built over a dozen commercial PV solar projects to date. Mr. McKiever has been a Chairman Board Trustee of LU 400 IBEW for 13 years, chairman Monmouth/Ocean division NEDA 14 years, and currently has letters of assent and in very good standing with Locals 102, 164, 269, 351, 400 and 456 of the IBEW.
